These adapters have a 25mm square base and slide into the 'T tracks' in Thule or Atera aerobars, two on the front bar, two on the rear bar, to give one fixing at each corner of the box.

In our opinion this is visually a much neater solution than putting U bolts around aluminium aerobars - which almost always scratch the base of the aerobars. These adapters will be an essential requirement when the U-bolts supplied with Kamei roof boxes are not wide enough to go round aluminium aero bars.

These adapters are suitable for the following 'T track' bars:

• All BMW
• Mercedes-Benz Lean-Line
• Some Renault

Note that you cannot fit KAMEI boxes with the cheaper Thule or Fapa T track adapters - the threads are too short.
