Terms and conditions for our AutoSock Prize Draw

These are the rules which apply to your participation in our AutoSock Prize Draw.

By submitting your entry you agree to these rules. If you do not agree please do not submit your entry.

1. The promoter of the prize draw is John Jordan Limited.
2. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding John Jordan Limited employees, their immediate family, or any person or company associated with the draw.
3. To enter the prize draw you should like us on Facebook and follow the instructions on this page. Everyone who likes the post and enters their details into the entry form will be entered into the prize draw.
4. Only one entry per person. Late, invalid or incomplete entries will not be considered, and we accept no responsibility for lost entries.
5. The prize for 3 winners is a pair of AutoSock. Each winner will receive one set. You will need to let us know your car tyre size so we can send you the correct size.
6. The prize must be despatched to a UK postal address. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.
7. The winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries. The result is final and no discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome.
8. The prize draw closes at noon on 19th December 2014. Entries received after this time and date will not be considered.
9. The winners will be notified via email within 14 days of the closing date and the prize will be dispatched within 30 days.
10. If a winner does not respond within one month of email notification we reserve the right to offer the prize to a runner-up or to re-offer the prize in a future draw.
11. To obtain the winners’ name send a stamped self-addressed envelope to AutoSock Prize Draw, John Jordan Limited, Unit 1a Toll Bar Estate, SEDBERGH, Cumbria LA10 5HA
12. The personal information and contact details you supply will be used only for the purposes of administering the competition, including contacting winners, unless you tick the box on the entry form stating you would like to receive further information, offers and discounts from John Jordan Limited, in which case we may use the information we collect to inform you by email about special offers and products and services that we think may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe by following the instructions that we will include in any communication we send to you.
13. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the draw or the prize due to any circumstances that arise beyond our control.
14. The prize draw is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
