Your shopping basket is empty. Welcome to your shopping basket on The Roof Box Company website. At the moment your basket is empty. If you are familiar with the concept of shopping baskets on the Internet, then you needn't read any further. If you are unsure of how the process works, then please read on. You may order using a credit or debit card. We will store your credit card details on our secure server and will delete them when your order is completed. If you choose not to enter your credit or debit card details you can still put together an order and send it to us. We will call you as soon as possible during our business hours - 9.00am to 6.00pm - to complete your order. To enable us to do this we will ask you to give us your name and phone number as part of the ordering process. The shopping basket system works as follows: as you view the items for sale around the site, you will notice that each one has a tick box next to it, with a 'Buy Checked items' button at the bottom of the page. Tick what you want to buy and then click on the 'Buy Checked items' button; you will be taken to the Shopping Basket page and the item(s) will have been added to your order. If you wish to buy other items, use the navigation buttons on the left to go to the part of the site you want to view and make further purchases: we will keep track of your order. Clicking on the 'Empty Basket' button does just what it suggests - clears the whole order. The less extreme options for removing an item from your basket are (1) to change a quantity to zero and then press the 'Recalculate' or 'Order Now' buttons or (2) to click on the red cross in the Delete column. If you want to order more than one of an item, then you should enter the number that you require in the quantity box. Once you have done this, click the 'Recalculate 'button to see the adjusted total cost. If you do not recalculate, you will only see the actual cost when you click on the 'Order Now' button. Once you are satisfied that you have all the items you want in the required quantities, click on the 'Order Now' button, when you will be presented with a summary of your order. At this point we will ask you to enter your name, phone number, and e-mail address. When you click the 'Complete Order' button your order will be sent to us; you'll receive an immediate acknowledgement from our server, followed by an e-mail acknowledgement.
