"Tent crates" are ideal for occasional use with a sensible dog that's past the compulsive chewing stage. They're generally classified as "light duty" which means that they should be ideal for use at dog shows, overnight visits, or on camping trips; they're NOT suitable for puppies in the chewing stage, chronic chewers, or aggressive dogs, any of which behaviour is outside the terms of the guarantee.
There are lots of these pet crates around, many
of them being made of feeble materials,
others
being well made but requiring a
complex manipulation of poles, struts,
straps and tools for assembly. We reckon
that Midwest's "Canine Camper" series is
the best of breed - they use good quality
materials, are very well made, well thought
out, and sensibly priced.
The pictures (below) show how easy they are
to assemble - just "pop up and zip"; they're
obviously top quality and very heavy duty zips.
You'll also see the carrying bag which keeps
everything neat and tidy.
