I have checked the replacement over & it looks fine. Dear Sir, I fitted the seat cover that I received from you to my new Vauxhall Zafira today and it fitted beautifully. The only modification I had to make was to cut the velcro on the side to fit over the folding arm rest. I then refastened the velcro and it looks superb. I was a bit concerned that the list in the bag did not mention Vauxhall cars but alls well that ends well. Thank you for a good service and a smashing product.

I felt that I should write to thank you for your assistance in sorting out a problem that I had with a set of roof bars that did not fit my car correctly, albeit that the manufacturer's spec indicated that they should have done. I susppose technically my E Mail is a bit previous as I have not had a chance to try my Top Box on the rails, although they fit perfectly. However, I am quite sure that there will not be any problems.

What I can say is the whole process of dealing with RBC has been very smooth. From the start with a lengthy discussion seeking advice at the London Ski Show to the actual ordering I have received sound and sensible advice. It is also great to deal with a company that has items in stock and whose staff know everything about their products. Your website made it very easy to find the right roofbox and the service you provided in terms of ordering and delivery was excellent. The recovery and replacement of the original damaged box (which was not caused by you as the box was perfect, so must have been at the factory) was extremely good, as was the provision of extra stoppers for the holes which were requested at 4pm and arrived the next day. In addition, the cost was considerably less than the other companies we'd looked at and we felt that the all in one deal was exceptionally good value.

I ordered a Thule roof box by telephone on Tuesday afternoon, it was delivered before lunch on Wednesday and fitted to my car by Wednesday evening, The process was painless and far simpler than searching shops and garages, the price was also very competitive.

I was particularly impressed with the help given at the ordering stage and more so with the advice given at 7.30 in the evening when I had some queries with fitting the box to my Volvo.
