Our couriers are working very hard, but they are struggling to maintain their usual service levels. We therefore cannot offer a reliable Next Working Day service, so have changed this to an Express Delivery service - 1 to 2 working days. We are continuing to despatch in the expectation that delivery will probably be on the Next Working Day (the majority of orders appear to be arriving on the Next Working Day) but we know that a very large number are being delivered on the second working day, or split between these two days.
