Dog Bag as a brand, started with the award winning 'pop-up' portable fabric kennel of the same name.

Designed to offer different benefits to the traditional steel cage - better comfort, more privacy, better sun protection when in the car, greater flexibility of use - Dog Bag is an exciting and intelligent concept in dog transport, protection and care.

This has been followed by a range of flexible pet transport systems and accessories, ideal for a variety of small animals.

The Pet Tube, USB - small animal carrier, Home Comfort range (including beds, deep mattresses, mats, jackets etc), and new for 2005, the Jet Set and Marsupack. Each have their own benefits, talents and accessories.

People are beginning to appreciate the importance of restraining pets in cars, for safety's sake. Early restraint systems - notably dog guards and wire cages - were intended primarily to seperate boistrous, smelly, wet and muddy pets from the rest of the family. But things have moved on; it's been compulsary since 1991 for rear seat passengers to wear seat belts, and now there is a real determination to do what's sensible to prevent injury or death from loose objects in the event of an accident.

Pet Tube is the option where space is short. It is designed specifically for when space is at a premium - e.g. the back seat of a saloon - whilst retaining the advantages of the Dog Bag. Pet Tube folds flat and and is zipped shut when not in use. It comes in two sizes, the larger of these will open to 1/2, 2/3 or full size so that it will fit in with you, your car and your pet's requirements.
