CRUZ Airo Fuse black aluminium roof bars with fitting kit 6040
CRUZ Airo Fuse are 'flush' aluminium T-track bars; it's only the bar length between the feet that can be used for load carrying, so be sure that they'll be long enough for what you want to carry.
They're designed to look good on the latest car styles, with low profile feet, and the adapter kits (which are also priced relatively very cheaply) include rubber gaiters to hide the fittings.
For even better value they are sold in single units because most cars now taper from front to back (they're wider at the front) and you may be able to reuse at least one bar when you change car.

We're really impressed with the new Airo Fuse roof bar system. It's good looking, smartly designed, well-engineered, strong (the load limit is 75kg, depending on the vehicle), easy to use, and very good value for money. The downside for many of our customers is that these bars may not be long enough to carry what you want. They'll probably be OK if you just want to carry a roof box, or up to 3 bike carriers, but they're likely to be too short for a box and a bike carrier, or for 4 bike carriers. This is because they are flush bars, sometimes called closed end bars, or OEM-style bars; only the bar length between the feet can be used for load carrying. If you need longer bars, to carry more, then please have a look at the CRUZ OptiPLUS bars, also available with the Airo aluminium profile. The aluminium section in the front bar is 106cm long, and in the rear bar it's 98cm long, but the useable length, between the feet, is considerably less than the bar lengths. It will vary between 82cm and 87cm for the front bar, and 73.5cm and 78.5cm for the rear bar, depending on the width between the fixpoints or flush rails for specific vehicles. We will provide information about precise measurements for specific vehicles as and when we get information from our own tests and from our customers. This is a modular system - it consists of (1) two bars, supplied as two single units because many cars are significantly wider at the front than the back, so the rear bar is usually shorter than the front bar; (2) a vehicle specific fitting kit to join the bars to the roof. The two bars, and the fitting kit, have been pre-ticked in the list below. (3) Locks are also available, also very good value; tick them if you want them. CRUZ Airo Fuse use their aluminium 'Airo' profile. Aerofoil-shaped roof bars were developed by Whispbar (now called Yakima) and similarly shaped bars are now also used by CRUZ, Atera and Thule. As well as being massively quieter than rectangular steel bars, aerofoil bars generate less drag and therefore help to reduce fuel consumption. Other features:
