Important: Our couriers are not working on the
Summer Bank Holiday Monday so there will be no deliveries on this day.
If you need your order in time for the Bank Holiday weekend
you'll need to order by 4pm (1pm if ordering a roof box) on Thursday 27th
August and choose the Express delivery option for delivery on
Friday 28th August.

The statistics provided by our couriers show that over 95% of
deliveries arrive as planned, with most of the remainder
being completed one working day later.
The usual reason for delays is that deliveries are split over
two days;
so-called “split deliveries” happen when the couriers do not
have enough trailer space for everything that needs to be moved,
so they load what they can on the first trailer and leave the
rest for the next trailer.
Please therefore allow one extra day for delivery,
before contacting us to ask about your order.
In any event you can track your delivery from the e-mail link we
will send you.

How we deliver
We aim to be as flexible as possible when delivering your order.
Most orders are delivered using couriers. Goods can usually be left
without a signature;
you'll be asked for "Special Delivery Instructions" at the checkout.
We always need the cardholder's address, but you can specify an
alternative delivery address (e.g. work address).
Smaller orders are despatched using Royal Mail or DX2Home and may
need to be signed for; if you are out you'll be left a card
outlining options which may include arranging a re-delivery or
collecting your parcel from a post office for Royal Mail deliveries.
Important information
Delivery is subject to stock availability.
99 point something percent of orders are delivered to plan but occasionally
deliveries are affected by factors that are beyond our control -
traffic jams, bad weather etc. -
and there is therefore by definition no such thing as a "guaranteed" delivery,
whether from us or from anyone else...
