You'll also need to check the 'Fitting information' tab, and page 5 of the instructions (see Fitting instructions and videos tab) to work out whether (1) it's suitable for your vehicle - it won't fit every vehicle with a 2" hitch receiver - and (2) whether the hitch receiver bike rack you want to use is compatible. A BackSwing and loaded bike carrier will impose unusually large forces on a tow bar system; for this reason the BackSwing may not be used on any vehicle whose rear axle to hitch pin-hole distance is greater than 127cm - which for example includes most most motor caravans, and all Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans longer than L1 (SWB). This adapter only fits US style class III or IV 2" hitch receivers; these may usually only be fitted to Class N1 vehicles, usually pickups, large 4x4s and medium-sized to large vans. It's important you don't exceed the weight capabilities of your tow bar system; add up the weight of your bikes plus the bike rack plus the BackSwing (16.5kg).
