Important: Our couriers are not working on the Early May Bank Holiday Monday so there will be no deliveries on this day. If you need your order in time for the Bank Holiday weekend you'll need to order by 4pm (1pm if ordering a roof box) on Thursday 30th April and choose the Express delivery option for delivery on Friday 1st May.

The statistics provided by our couriers show that over 95% of deliveries arrive as planned, with most of the remainder being completed one working day later. The usual reason for delays is that deliveries are split over two days; so-called “split deliveries” happen when the couriers do not have enough trailer space for everything that needs to be moved, so they load what they can on the first trailer and leave the rest for the next trailer.
Please therefore allow one extra day for delivery, before contacting us to ask about your order. In any event you can track your delivery from the e-mail link we will send you.
We are a mail order company and do not have a showroom or shop, so please order online or by phone; thank you!
